The beautiful outdoor sitting area and cozy garden really made mornings special, and the breakfast offered a delicious array of pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. I appreciated the quick access to the beach and the old town for exploration.
Wifi was not reliable.

The rooms with a terrace. Gorgeous, favourable location not far from the beach and town, and the exquisite Chapel de Matisse.

Fabulous stay, I would definitely return here.
The hotel is impeccably clean, with pleasant personal, and offers pleasant and charming location near the coast and the hill towns and the center of the old town. The breakfast is delicious and great with cream cheese, croissants plus a portion of cream cheese, lots to choose from.

the hotel was in the centre of antibes, and we were just a pleasant stroll away from a small museum. furthermore, the area was very quite. the room was perfectly clean with large bathroom in the garden, a terrace plus ventilation, had the best night sleep.
There was no bar which we expected.

missingWrote a review on 30 Septpoor ventilation
The room lacked adequate ventilation, leading to issues with dampness and mould in the bathroom. The single room provided was poorly lit and located in an outbuilding . Parking incurs an extra fee, and additional charges apply for hiring beach towels, diminishing the value for money.

Had a nice stay at Le Ponteil! The cozy garden made mornings great, and the breakfast with fresh croissants and cheese was a treat. Just a heads up, don’t expect service after 8pm, as it can leave you in a jam if something goes wrong!

The owners were helpful and friendly every step of the way. The hotel itself is in a charming location tucked just inside a residential neighborhood but still only a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the historic downtown.

Extremely friendly and professional staff, very human and open without being intrusive in any way. Most of the time we felt like home. There was more then enough first-hand information on the area, formal and informal. Small but comfortable rooms, very quiet location close to the Old Town and the beaches, simple but tasty and reasonably priced breakfast.
